Then:
- Click on the support representative's name under the Infinity Technology Consulting Logo.
- Click Run on the File-Download Security warning dialogue box.
- Click Run on the second File-Download Security warning dialogue box.
- The Remote Access Program will install in the background on your computer and prompt one of our representatives to establish the session.
- Once the session is concluded, the program is automatically uninstalled.
