(“ITC”) we are committed to providing you with the highest quality consulting and project management services.  As part of that commitment, we gather information about our clients and web site visitors so we can better serve you. Your privacy is important to us. Rest assured that we respect the confidentiality of your personal information and treat that information responsibly. As described in this Privacy Policy, we will not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for any purpose.

By using our site, you accept the practices that are described in this privacy statement, effective July 1, 2006, and are part of the Terms and Conditions governing use of this site. We may change this statement from time to time. When that happens, the revisions will be posted here. Your use of this site after changes to our privacy policy have been made constitutes acceptance of those changes going forward.

ITC is not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of the web sites from which you access our site, sites we link to, or of any sites that are linked to our site.

This privacy policy tells you what kinds of information we collect, how we use it and with whom we may share it, and how you can access and change our information about you. If you have additional questions about ITC’s privacy practices or would like more information, please contact [email protected].

Customer information is gathered so we can better serve you, and we make reasonable and responsible efforts to insure the security of your personal information. We collect the personal information that our clients give us when they choose to register for an event, join our mailing list or use our site. For example, when you purchase services, register for an event or join our mailing list, we will ask you to provide your name, e-mail address, physical address and telephone number and financial information such as your credit card number and a mailing/shipping address. Similarly, we will ask you for contact information if you request that ITC send you e-newsletters or other promotional notices or seek information or assistance from us.

Your use of certain optional portions of this site, such as event registration, may involve our collection of additional personal information about you.

If you ask us to register someone else for an event or add someone else to our mailing list, we will ask you for the name, e-mail address, physical address and telephone number of the person you are registering or adding, as well as your name and contact information.

When you register for an event or add your contact information to the ITC mailing list, we compile the personal information you give us into an individual profile. We may add other personal information about you to that profile as you give it to us. We may also collect information about your purchases as they are made. We do not gather other information through the use of cookies and web beacons.

We may employ cookies (e.g., small text files) that our web site may send to your browser for storage on your hard drive. We may use such cookies to make use of our site easier by saving your status and preferences upon visits to our site. Most browsers are initially set to accept cookies, but you may be able to change the settings to refuse cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you choose to modify your settings to reject cookies, then it may affect your use of our web site.

Personal information is not required to access or view pages on the site. However, you will be asked to provide personal information if you want to register for an event or be added to our mailing list.

Personal information is required to request information or assistance from us or to take advantage of certain features of our site to enter contests or register for events.

All of your personal information is encrypted by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) software when it is transmitted to us via the web. The servers that store this information are maintained in a locked facility with restricted access. We also truncate your credit card number to the last four digits when we communicate with you about your order.

We use your personal information to process event registration or purchase orders. This includes, for example, contacting you to confirm your order, fulfilling the order and shipping it (when applicable). We may also contact you if we want to communicate with you about your registration or order.

Additionally, we will use your contact information to send you newsletters or other promotional notices, or to respond to requests for information or assistance from you.

If you choose to participate in certain features of our web site, such as event registration or access to password-protected content, we will use your personal information to administer and manage those features.

In order to process your registrations, orders, and requests, we make your name, address, and sometimes your e-mail address or telephone number available to other entities such as credit card companies and/or package delivery services when applicable (for example, American Express, Visa, UPS, and USPS).

We may use third party agents, consultants and contractors to perform business functions on our behalf, including customer service, account servicing, customer research, marketing, provision of IT services and records maintenance. We give these entities access to our customers’ personal information to perform these functions for us and do not authorize them to use that information for any other purpose.

Additionally, we share personal information about you when you voluntarily use certain features of our site. If you participate in a contest or sweepstakes or submit an employment application, we may share the information you submit with others assisting us in the administration of that feature.

We reserve the right to share personal information about you as required by law or in cooperation with legal authorities and to enforce the Terms and Conditions governing use of this site or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ITC and its clients.

We may share non-personal, non-individually identifiable (aggregate) information about our clients with the group of people with whom we share personal information, as well as with other third parties such as vendors, advertisers and marketing firms.
